Their response to this problem was to create a sustainable food brand committed to making tasty food for the future.
All ingredients have to pass the taste test, not a beauty contest. All good is valued and Rubies think it should be cherished and valued. What matters to then is making the best relish around. They don’t cut corners, and are generous with ingredients, rigorous with recipes.
